HMD Global's new Nokia phone is clearly a hit as the new phone provides more than sufficient and expected features and specs. Well, this is the time for Nokia to prove its worth in the smartphone market as the company was at its excellence before being into stupefaction, and Nokia has shown its colours with much more to reveal.
Nokia 8 is the flagship phone released by the Finnish company which has top-notch specs, like Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage just like Galaxy S8, dual 13 MP sensors at the back and 13 MP sensor on the front while each one having Carl Zeiss lenses, 6000-series aluminium body which is rated IP54 splash resistance. Screen meets the edge at the sides and it has a size of 5.3 inches, LCD having QHD resolution with 554 PPI which is really good. Screen protection uses Gorilla Glass 5. It also comes with latest 7.1 Android Nougat. Fingerprint sensor is located at the front.
Dual 13 megapixel cameras f/2.0 aperture with a front camera having f/2.0 aperture 13 megapixel sensor. These little beastly sensors are what makes the phone so special as they can stream live while using all of its sensors at the same time which is also called by Nokia as the "Bothie", being revolutionary next to selfie. The camera is capable of taking 4K video with 360 spatial surround sound captured by its 3 microphones specifically designed for the phone @30fps. Also, all of the camera sensors are equipped with the Carl Zeiss lenses which already have a reputation due to their pioneering technology in the camera segment, which is efficiently utilised by Nokia to take down the competitors.
Nokia 8 comes in both single sim and dual sim models where memory card will utilise sim-2 slot (expandable upto 256 GB), Bluetooth 5.0, WiFI ac, Category 9 LTE (450/50 Mbps) ANT+ and USB-C 3.1 which can provide data exchange rates of 5Gb per second. Battery capacity is 3090 mAH which is considered as Low by some users but it comes with USB quickcharge 3.0 (18 W).
If you are not satisfied with this one, then you can probably wait for the Nokia 9 which will definitely going to be a killer phone.
