Android 8.0 also dubbed as Android Oreo is nearly here!!!

There is a new android on our way and we have seen how it would look and feel like. This new Operating System is quite impressive and fast with handful of new and enhanced features. Lets share all the details with you.

  1. Your apps will be opened 2x faster (at least on Pixel phones). Not only the booting up of apps is faster, if you would restart your phone then you would also notice significant drop in boot-up time. This indicates Google has done marginal optimisations in their software and this ability will definitely help in battling Apple's iOS.
  2. This android keeps the background processes in their minimum which will save a lot of battery, also the most unused apps will utilise the minimum background process space(figuratively speaking).

  3. Much faster android 8, like a jet pack.

  4. There is a good news for all the texters. There is a bunch emoji added in the library of our new android. Around 60 of them are newly added while most of them are redesigned.

  5. New set of emoji.

  6. RAM management of the android system is improved. Now, you can open more apps with hassle free app switching. New set of instructions can handle more tasks while providing the best experience of an android.
  7. Google is calling there multi-window (multi-tasking) "Picture-in-Picture", which is already provided in the Samsung devices. This allows users to open two tasks at once with effective visionary approach.

  8. Picture-in-Picture mode of Android O

  9. Autofill feature is much like the same which we use in the web browsers. It remembers our credentials and asks us where to use them. Android O is equipped with Autofill which will enable us to type our credentials like email ids with just a single click on screen.
  10. Notifications got just easier on this android system. There is actually a new way in which we can see the notifications app-wise without opening the notification bar. It is called Notification dots in Android 8.0. You have to just tap on the dot to quickly see whats new,  and easily clear them by swiping them.

  11. You can also use apps just from web browser of android o. There is no need to install the application into the mobile. This one is actually new and innovative feature, which will save the hassle of downloading the app into the phone and wastage of data.
  12. Android Oreo also come with all new power management which will further help us in improving battery life. This goes beyond the reach of the previous androids.
These are plenty of new major features available on an android device, which out-perform iOS but lets see how fast it is in comparison to the new iOS 11. There are also several small features added up with Oreo.
